Training Systems

A global manufacturer required a hands-on training solution for a real-world kiln emergency scenario. We designed and built a bespoke simulator that replicates molten glass migration through fractured masonry, requiring compressed-air mitigation in a safe training environment.

Inventors, Restorers & Tinkers

Solutions for problems both large and small. An antique restoration specialist required replacement components that were no longer available and highly sought after. We produced a 1:1 functional reproduction using 3D scanning to capture the original casting geometry and surface detail, preserving the authentic tool marks and character of the original part.

Solutions

A client required a dual-purpose prop for both trade show demonstration and hands-on training use. We engineered a 55-gallon drum simulator featuring a replicated forklift puncture with on-demand fluid leakage and smoke generation, all controlled remotely for safe, repeatable demonstrations.
